This notice describes the inquiry forms on trigram.vip, operated by Muxi (Xiamen) E-commerce Co., Ltd. TRIGRAM is our sports bag brand. We are a brand and trading business working with partner factories.

What you send us
When you submit an inquiry, we receive your name, email address, message, and any company, quantity, destination, customization or delivery details you choose to provide. For a product inquiry, the selected product, SKU, color, dimensions, displayed price and product-page address are included so we can understand your request. Please do not include payment-card details, passwords or identity documents.
How we use it
We use these details to respond to your request, discuss samples or quotations, and keep a record of the conversation. Submitting an inquiry does not place an order or subscribe you to marketing emails. Displayed prices and submitted specifications remain subject to our quotation.
Storage and access
Inquiries are stored on our website server in mainland China and made available through a password-protected staff inbox. Hosting providers support the operation of the website. When email notifications are enabled, inquiry details are also sent to our staff mailbox through the configured email provider. Submission data is not displayed publicly.
Website delivery and protection
We use Cloudflare to deliver and protect this website. Website requests pass through Cloudflare's network, which processes technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs and request headers. Information submitted through our inquiry form also passes through Cloudflare on its way to our server. We configure the inquiry API and staff-only pages to bypass Cloudflare's cache. Depending on the security features used and the request, Cloudflare may set security cookies, for example to remember a completed security challenge. Its cookie documentation explains these cookies and when they are used.
Security and anti-spam
The form uses an encrypted HTTPS connection, input checks and submission limits. The inquiry service uses a keyed, non-readable identifier derived from your network address to apply anti-spam limits. The web server may keep standard access logs for security and troubleshooting. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Optional fields may be left blank. To ask about access, correction or deletion of an inquiry, email [email protected] and include the inquiry reference when available. We may need to confirm that the request relates to your information. Records connected to an order may need to be retained for business or legal purposes.
